Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase by emailing Info@Airlessgun.com with your order number.
All returns require written approval before shipping. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Items must be unused: never had paint, coating, solvent, water or any other fluid run through them, never mounted or installed, and returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded and will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.

Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Returns must be shipped with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method.

Repair kits, seals, packings, O-rings and other wear parts once their packaging is opened.
Any item that has been used.

Report shipping damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to Info@Airlessgun.com. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.
